A Gibraltar (also known as a cortado) is an espresso drink with a small amount of steamed milk, but more milk than the Machiatto. Cortados are Spanish in origin, but varieties can be found in Cuba, Australia, and elsewhere. The name Gibraltar comes from the glass it is served in, a Libby Gibraltar. Our Gibraltar has a double shot of espresso and roughly 3-4 ounces of steamed milk.
