A coffee-free (but not caffeine free) drink, a chai latte is made with steamed milk and chai, an India spiced tea. Chai is a black tea (usually Assam, but Darjeeling and Nilgri can also be used), with spices such as cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Our chai latte comes as a 12 ounce drink.
